Tim almost let go, but...Kon hadn't pushed him away. Tensed up, maybe freaked out. This Kon, well...they didn't have anything special. They probably wouldn't, couldn't, whatever word you wanted to use. They were so different. He knew he wasn't the same person he'd been when he was fourteen. Too much loss, too many fights that he couldn't win.
