The door opened and Mori let out a small sigh of relief when he saw Mitsukuni looking up at him. As long as his cousin was alright, then everything would be okay. Or at least on the way to being okay. Shuffling his new closet rod under his arm, Mori reached into his sling where he had the dessert hidden. Carefully picking it up by the edge of the plate, he leaned down and handed it to Mitsukuni.

And then he sensed someone coming. Straightening, he looked down the hall and caught sight of a rather gloomy looking Hikaru coming toward them. Kaoru had mentioned he was resting, and Mori knew the other twin wasn't doing well, so perhaps that would account for Hikaru's sour mood. Nodding to Hikaru, Mori moved over to make more room for him and wondered if the boy would tell them what was wrong.
