The girl giggled again, this time in a decidedly nervous manner. "Ahaha, yeah! Good thing." She was usually really careful about who she complained about the Order to. It was easy for anything she said to make its way back to the Grand Maestro, and things always got ugly when he got mad. She didn't have to worry about him anymore, though. It was nice to finally have some freedom as far as that went.
"Nice to meet you, too!" Tyki? For a guy who looked like a bit of a loser, it was a pretty cute name. Although... even if his appearance was kind of sloppy, the guy seemed really perceptive. He sounded like he had a better idea of how the world worked than most people, anyway. Best not to write him off as "just" a loser.
The intercom buzzed to life with the noontime announcements then, and Anise eased herself away from the couch, standing up straight. "Oh, it's time for lunch. I'll talk to you some other time, Tyki, okay? Bye-bye!"
