It was remarkable, really, how smoothly the day was going for Chidori; no one had bothered her during breakfast or second shift! The main frustration of the day so far was that none of the people who had responded to her message board post had followed through with any real information, so Chidori was still completely lost on the topic of sex. Thinking about it on her own was getting her nowhere, either--she simply didn't have the information or frame of reference she needed.

Instead of continuing to beat her head against that wall, Chidori pushed the topic out of her mind for the time being. She took her usual small lunch, primarily from the salad bar but with a small serving of fries as well, and sought an empty seat. She hadn't finished her drawings of the plants in the greenhouse, so working on those would be a nice distraction as soon as she finished eating.
