Sora's chat with Shikamaru hadn't been the most interesting thing ever, but it had still been nice to get outside for a little while -- and that soccer game had been fun to watch, too! Sora was reluctant to go back inside the stuffy building, but he knew better than to put up a fuss. He might be back out on that field soon enough if he was going to make a third attempt at the quarry, anyway. Though it was possible Momo had given up on him actually succeeding at that.
Hopefully not. He wanted to prove that he could do it! It was just the lack of time that was a problem, usually. Well, that and the monsters, but the two kind of went hand-in-hand.
Either way, there was fish for lunch, and that always got Sora in a good mood since it reminded him of home. The way it was deep-fried was different from how he usually had it back on the islands, but it was close enough.
Once he had his food, Sora started looking for somewhere to sit, and he almost immediately caught a head of silver hair. That wasn't so shocking since a lot of people here had that hair color, but the fact that the boy it belonged to looked about Riku's age made Sora pause. Riku's hair was a lot straighter, but still -- there was a small resemblance, sort of similar to the way he'd felt when he'd met Shiki.
It was enough to get the boy interested, and so he soon headed over and set his tray down on the table nearby. "This seat isn't taken, right?"
