Oh dear, Sasuke was getting angry again. That wasn't anything new, though. Jiraiya was pretty much already used to it.
"If I had told him that I knew nothing, he would have hunted you down immediately. And an assumption of you having better Kanji than Naruto isn't much of a stretch," Jiraiya commented, sounding amused still. "But this way, you at least get an advanced warning."
At any rate, it was probably better to leave Sasuke alone now, before Sasuke did something stupid. Making Sasuke his enemy would only cause trouble for both him and his student in the long run, anyways. Even if Sasuke was amusing when angry.
Except, of course, when an angry Sasuke was stabbing you with nails. That was somewhat less amusing.
