Either the Sun Room or the outside. Knowing the monkey, he'd choose outside any day. He hated being cooped up, even if the room had plenty of light and space. Sanzo couldn't blame him. He had a greater tolerance for the boredom and bullshit here... but it didn't make Landels any less oppressive, slowly grating on his nerves.
Sanzo paused. There wasn't any sign of the chimp out here. Not yet, at least. There was that thread of doubt though. Either he was in the Sun Room, or he was off somewhere sulking still. There was a third possibility...
He found himself scanning the field for that gold diadem one more time. Sanzo forced himself to stop, and move out into the sunlight. This was stupid. He was more and more convinced that Gojyo and Goku's stupidity was infecting him; when the hell did he care exactly where the chimpw ent?
Sanzo was left standing near a young man, who for some reason, was bouncing on his feet and stretching. Morbid curiosity finally got the best of him.
