This Sanzo did have a peculiar clothing style, one Takasugi didn't particularly recognize, which suggested he was neither a samurai nor a regular inhabitant of Edo. His earlier conjectures proved to be true. Whoever this Landel was, he seemed rather indiscriminate with his choice of prisoners.
