After having to endure everyone he encountered earlier that day Sync decided to keep to himself by the time fourth shift rolled around, leaving him with some time to mull over what to do for tonight. And it was a good thing he did so too, because after skimming the board one last time he spotted a very 'interesting' topic posted up. It hadn't been all that hard to catch, and while it seemed innocent enough, there was one word in one of the responses that made him smile ever so slightly.
Basement.
So Guy and Claude were heading off to the basement, huh? Well then, that certainly solved his problem about figuring out what to do. It also looked as if they were bringing another person, but that didn't really matter to him. All that mattered was that he now had a lead to use to his advantage.
This was enough to put him in a good mood, obediently following his nurse back to his room and situated himself on the edge of his bed before taking the plate of food that was offered. Upon further inspection he noticed that the same patient he saw last night was there as well, proving to him that the kid really was was his new roommate.
Sync waited until the nurse left before speaking up.
