Okita wasn't the sort of person Sai could pose any of his rather awkward questions to. The man simply didn't know him well enough, friendly as he was. He might need to throw them at Honey, though that still might not be the best option, given the way the boy tended to respond to things. Usopp was probably his best bet - at least out of anyone he'd be seeing in the near future. Otherwise he could hit up Naruto or Sakura (and hope that he didn't get hit again in return with regards to the latter).
