Once again Mikami found himself staring back at the doctor with a look icy enough to sink the Titanic. The answer to Wilson's question was obvious enough to him, at least, and unlike most of the other "patients," Wilson likely didn't even have the luxury of never having heard the name before. Even his "mother" had mentioned it, and Mello had mentioned that Kira was the link that tied he and the others from his world together. Although Mikami didn't trust the young man, in this situation there was probably little reason for him to have lied.
