Knives had no desire to be out among the general population of the hospital yet. Despite this, his nurse had forced him out into the open. He found everyone around him disgusting. His neck was wrapped up to cover his self-made wound.

He had not died. He really hadn't expected to die, but it was still rather disappointing to still be in existence.

When he entered the Sun Room his nurse spotted Subaru and went up to him, leaving Knives in the corner with some orderlies at the moment. "Mr. Yoshida you and Mr. Williams are friends, aren't you?" She lowered his voice. "He had a bit of an accident the other day and he could really use a friend." She spoke to Subaru as if she were speaking to a child and gestured towards Knives. "Do you mind spending some time with him?"
