Gin took his time getting breakfast, knowing full well that there was a pair of angry blue eyes on him the entire time. Izuru made no move to go after him though, which meant he at least had a measure more self control than that rabid dog Abarai. Anger was probably good for him anyway. Besides that, he was certain that Izuru foolishly blamed himself for a good portion of what'd happened. After all, he had been so trusting.
Gin walked over to the table, knowing full well it would be impossible to avoid a confrontation, and slid his tray onto the edge of the table, a couple seats off from where his former vice captain was seated. While Izuru might be able to keep a cool head most times, he knew the young man well enough to know that this particular situation could get volatile, and fast. Luckily, Gin also knew that there were nurses and orderlies waiting not far off.
"Mornin'," he said simply, smile never leaving his face. "S'pose you've got some'at to say?"
