Joe was led out of the endless hallways into a bright room, and through there to what was clearly a cafeteria. He got a tray and some food and sat down to eat while he puzzled out his situation. Not having his V-watch was a bad sign - after all, he'd been given the watch by Captain Blue himself, and he couldn't finish saving the world a third time without it.

But no-one had attacked him so far, just told him to forget about movies and superheroes. Maybe it was some distraction or trap?

...at least the french toast tasted delicious.
