Elle was fumbling with her sling, trying to put it back on, when night fell. As soon as she'd managed to get it back in place, she generated a ball of electricity to see by and headed for the door. Her hand fell on the doorknob, and she sent some of the electricity into the metal, warming it up as much as she could. A nasty little surprise for Lia, when she decided to leave, and one that she could pass off as an accident later.

She slammed the door hard on her way out, because she needed to take her frustration out, and Daddy would be upset if she took it out on a person.
