Hikaru stared at the (admittedly) sad display in front of him for quite a while, mouth slightly agape. He didn't even know how to process what had just happened, but he was pretty sure that it was time to start thanking various deities for the bounty he and Kaoru had just received. As soon as that thought finally made it all the way through his head, he started to laugh. Loudly. He couldn't even breathe, he was laughing so hard. Tears of mirth streamed down his cheeks.

"S-sorry, Kaoru," he gasped, clutching his aching sides, "I can't top that. You win. I'm done."
