Each of the wounds his companions of the night before now bore were simply proof that Yue had failed as a guardian, albeit a temporary one; he had agreed to assist and yet done little more than delay Orihime's injury at the talons of the creature he'd been unable to kill. He didn't need to speak of what he could already see. And as little as he liked being in these showers, at least it gave the guardian a chance to see the truth of Fai's injuries without the magician lying about it.
