Leaning over and looking under her bed, Ami was relieved to see they had been stashed there, safe and sound. Now what to do with them, she wondered. The thought was quickly pushed aside as Ami realised it was morning. Breakfast. Unless she's asleep, Usagi doesn't miss breakfast! With hope in her heart, Ami almost ran to the cafeteria.
Only to be disappointed. Usagi was nowhere to be seen. Trying to push away the overwhelming feeling of despair that was washing over her, Ami took a deep breath and piled pancakes on her plate. She's just asleep, that's all it is, she tried to tell herself. She's missed breakfast in here before.
Looking around, Ami scowled when she realised that the only seat available was opposite a certain enemy. Although maybe he's seen Usagi.... She made her way over to where Kunzite sat. "May I sit here?" she asked politely, trying not to balk at the fact that he was a less-than-savoury breakfast partner.
