Night Shift 32: Main Hallway 2-Center (Includes Sun Room halls)

[running from here]

John grabbed Wolfram's arm and ran, his flashlight bouncing around in his grip. He needed to get a grip. He couldn't freak out. Freaking out led to rash decisions and he couldn't afford those at the moment. It didn't help that he kept hearing his mother hurrying him on in his head.

Run, John! You don't stop! You always run!

"Yeah, yeah, run... I got it, but where?" he said to no one as he paused only a moment before dragging Wolfram down to the right, aiming for the doors across from him. "Let's hope my good luck holds out and one of those doors is open."

Renamon remained calm at this new fact, remembering the need for composure and alertness. "What... what do they experiment on them for? What are the desired results?" Experimentation was more than a good reason to give out your name and number. She would be sure to do so.

Renamon followed the next part vaguely. She slightly remembered Terriermon talking about robots, but like most things the bunny-brain said, it was largely ignored. Swords and rockets, she could understand, so a Gundam was a... weapon? That could cross worlds? Not wanting to call attention to her ignorance, she continued with an intelligent, "Uh... and this place has them here?"

"I'm not sure; it might be differant for everyone they take. They call them expirmental trials." She'd never really met anyone who'd been through one, but she heard things on the bulletin here and there about what had been done to people. How could someone even use a word like 'expirment' on another human being?

At Renamon's question about the gundam, she smiled again, this time looking far more childish than she had all evening. "We'll find out!" She said confidently, and marched on toward an open door.
