Itachi stalked out of the room as soon as the doors unlocked. The day had been unproductive. He had searched the library for information on the institution, and had consequently spent most of the day puzzling over the incomprehensible actions of people who apparently lived in rabbit holes. He should not have become so distracted.
The unlocking of doors was certainly regular at night. This was obviously the time he had been given to challenge his captors. Itachi did not need to be given time. His failings of the previous night were nothing more than a fluke and would not be repeated.
