Hitsugaya's directions were helpful up until the point where he mentioned the location. Angel raised his eyebrows slightly. He should've expected as much. Of course it would be in the one place he couldn't access. Maybe if he was lucky, this board would be tucked somewhere in a shady area.

The entire thing, though, was forgotten when Hitsugaya spoke next.

Angel snapped his head up, feeling a sense of dread at just the thought. There was absolutely no way he was letting that happen again. The damage in Sunnydale...and that was with people trained to kill things like him. From the way Hitsugaya spoke, it would seem some here didn't even realize vampires existed.

The fact that he apparently wouldn't be able to kill anyone wasn't much of a comfort. Killing his victims was the most merciful thing he ever did. And Rebecca had already proven how easy it was to release his demon, if only temporarily.

"You need to do the same if you see me," he said flatly. "And if you get the chance to put a piece of wood through my heart, take it."
