"Being stupid is one of the few things humans are reliably good at." That he was human himself didn't particularly concern Farfarello; he was hardly what anyone would call an average human, and his nature and inclinations tended to make him very much the outsider. He had no capacity for empathy or mercy, and his only interest in most people was limited to how they could entertain or be useful to him.
