Darman was quite surprised with himself, unaware that he could be this persuasive without even knowing about it. If he didn't know better, Washu had completely forgotten what the clone was here for - an advantage Darman pressed the moment he realized it was there. He leaned forward, composing an astonished look on his face and relieved that none of his other clone brothers were here to see him act like a worthlessly soft civvie.

"Amazing!" Darman said, wide-eyed. "You invented it yourself? What else have you invented?"
