Done with her little conference, Dairine opened her eyes. She felt better, if nothing else. Never mind that she didn't get an answer - even wizards rarely did. Still, she wished that Tom or Carl could be there and just talk to her. Anyone familiar would be a comfort.
It took her just a second to realize that Thursday was nearby. She wasn't a Senior, or even a wizard, but she did her own thing to help, and she'd certainly been a friend to Dairine in this strange place. She was glad to see the older woman mostly unhurt.
"Morning," she said, rubbing at her eyes. Blast. She just knew she was getting dark circles. "Glad you got away from the birds all right..."
