Verbal is probably better than visual, with it being so dark in the halls." Obviously Farfarello did not tend to have communication problems with Schuldig, though his partner not being able to speak directly into his mind here was a bit annoying. Still, they'd been working together long enough that it hardly mattered anymore--they knew each other's fighting styles too well.
