If this place was responsible for the injuries in the first place, and if they were the ones trapping everyone there, why would they bother treating wounds and the like?

"Yes, it is strange," Hanyuu agreed with a slow nod. "It was a little scary too, but thank you for telling me." She didn't really see how they'd be able to knock everyone out, either. Granted, she had only seen a few hallways and rooms the previous day and night. But there had been a lot of people in the cafeteria during lunch the previous day. Then there were certainly more rooms and hallways further on, and... and...

"Auauau..." It didn't make any sense at all.

Hanyuu leaned sideways slightly, enough to rest her head against the window. She had only been that way for a short time when the engines started, causing the girl to jump slightly. She was quick to recover, however, and she once again looked outside.
