Kaylee blinked. "I was pretty sure it stood for 'the Union of Allied Planets,' but..." Then the woman went off spouting names that held no meaning to her, and she looked on, moderatly perplexed. If she knew all those people, then maybe...she was from the government or something? But that didn't account for the fact that they were BOTH wearing the uniform, and the redhead seemed just as confused as the mechanic.
