Hiei raised an eyebrow at the sudden request. Ancient or not, that didn't give Sparda the right to suddenly order him around. Did the elder demon think he had somehow found a minion in Hiei?

Well, the tempermental demon would quickly put that idea out of his mind.

"If you want information, find someone willing to be your stooge." Hiei scowled, very willing to prove himself to this stranger physically if it came to it. "I'm not your servant, and I don't have to tell you anything."

Okay, so Hiei was overreacting. But he had been having a very bad day so far, and it wasn't looking to get any better in the near future.
