Any abnormal sleep patterns were reason enough to be nervous, but Guy tried not to assume it was anything other than Claude being tired after that long walk back from Farwell. Even Guy had to admit his feet had been a little sore today.

It was no surprise that Claude asked after some of his friends. "I saw Lloyd around, yeah, but... no Ilia. At least not that I noticed." Guy took a seat in the desk chair and rubbed at the back of his neck, wishing he had better news for Claude.

"No sign of Luke either. I hope he's all right." What if Luke had been "released" while they were gone? They'd promised him they would come back, and they had, but what if it was too late? Guy was so tired of Landel tripping them up at every turn.
