Considering that for all intents and purposes, the rebels seemed to behind the radio distribution, it made sense that Sora would receive one through them. Tsubaki couldn’t immediately think of which night they could have made such a delivery to the hospital, though.

They’d been revealing themselves more and more often at night, and were certainly getting more active. Perhaps the rebels really were trying to ensure everyone had a means of getting to a radio. Radio communication was a sight more reliable than passing notes…
