Castiel wasn't a patient person by nature, so the idea of having to wait on Lloyd to catch up with them was frustrating even in theory. Not that he was going to argue against the idea. He doubted Kratos would even agree, seeing how Lloyd was his son -- something that both of them had failed to mention for whatever reason. It could have slipped their minds, but Castiel got the feeling there was something more to it.
As for Lloyd's question, Castiel also made sure to give a careful glance around them before he spoke, and took care to phrase his answer in a vague way. "For now, the archive. We would need to wait for further information before we could think about altering our goals."
Maybe there would be another note sent in from the rebels tonight, to give them something to work with. But the archive was supposed just as important to their efforts, and so Castiel didn't mind focusing on that for the moment.
