Day 70: Tasty Burger (noon)

Scar passed by the Tasty Burger at about noon. He was hungry, yes, and despite the obnoxious look of the place, he stopped inside. It didn't take him long to figure out how to order food. It was odd, to be eating alone again. Nice, but odd. Eating had very much been a social event in Ishbal, and it was inevitably on at the Institute. Beyond that, during his time spent completely alone, food had been scarce at best.

Peace and quiet. It truly was a rare luxury in Scar's life.

He settled into a booth by one of the front windows so that he could watch the other people milling about outside. The sense of normalcy was uncomfortable, to say the very least.
