Link's ears twitched up upon hearing his name. He looked up from the ground to see Sechs, who still appeared to be in good health. That was good. He had told X at breakfast that the alleged cure was the real thing, and he hardly wanted that to be proven false.
"Tired," he said, managing a half-hearted smile. A weight had settled on his chest that seemed to keep everything down. The smile faded within a moment, and he looked out to the wall surrounding the field.
"Everything happens too quickly, here. People are dying and there's nothing I can do about it." The days were becoming especially infuriating. Of course he needed rest, but wasting daylight was foolish. Yet there was no way around it. If you went against the nurses, you got... stabbed with some strange sort of needle. And it made you dizzy and pass out. Being unconscious was even more useless than at least being able to talk to people.
