Well, there was no doubt about that, was there? The doctor smirked and nodded, the action pronounced enough that Kratos might be able to make it out if he was paying enough attention. Which wasn't likely, seeing what he'd just been through.

With the doctor's job all done, and in a neatly and timely manner, he had to wonder if he should set Kratos loose, let him stumble out to see if he had any friends (or family members) coming to find him.
