Guy couldn't say he was surprised when Claude complimented him so highly for something as simple as making a sheath. Seeing how he'd built a house back on Auldrant, something like this didn't feel like a huge task to him, but if Claude was impressed, then that certainly counted for something.

"It was nothing, really," he said with a shake of his head. "Actually, I'm kind of embarrassed that it took me so long to make it." Once again, he refrained from mentioning that the absence of his roommate had given him the time to work on it.

Guy had to wonder if Claude was ever going to get around to making his own sheath. He had a little bit of leftover leather that could maybe be combined with whatever Claude had. "If you need help with yours, let me know," he offered as he led them into the main hallway.
