Lee smiled serenely, happy for the praise of a job well-done. "I only wish I had been a bit swifter."
The walking was a little taxing, but Lee seemed to manage all right. It was strange, for he still didn't see anyone at his other side but he still felt as though he were being carried along. Perhaps he had lost more blood than he had thought. And he had hit his head... As it was, Lee had no qualms about finding a place to get bandaged up. He followed along with the doctor, blindly trusting him without reason to doubt.
He stood back as Facilier attempted to break through to the next room. He blinked, not really surprised that such a slight man couldn't get through. It had taken both Lee charged up on chakra, Lloyd's special attack, and even one of Flora's abilities to break down the door leading outside. And Lee had still gotten an injured shoulder for all their work. He found himself being pulled towards a wall, and Lee gladly sat down, clutching the wrist of his glass-cut hand. "Th-thank you. I am sorry to be a burden..."
Lee knew, in the dark light, he would never have been able to get all the glass out himself. He really was lucky, having a kind companion willing to help. "If you do not mind..."
