As much as he felt uneasy about deciding what to do only once they met up, Claude figured they didn't have much choice. At the very least, he knew he was going to dig his heels in if anyone suggested putting him or Anise under the knife. That just sounded like a recipe for disaster, and, as far as he was concerned, a last resort.
"Yeah," he said with a nod. Then, his expression grew a little sheepish. "Um, do you know where we're supposed to meet them?"
