It hadn't even been that long since she'd first arrived at the institute. Just about everything about it should have still been somewhat unfamiliar to her, right down to the people. But the voice was still one Leanne could instantly recognize, one she'd quickly learned to recognize. It was almost comforting to hear it calling out to her as it interrupted her thoughts, knowing that a friend was nearby. A friend who knew about what was happening to her, at that.

Her lunch still held loosely in one hand, she turned around, a smile coming to her face upon seeing Tsubaki in the distance. That was a face she could recognize, too. "Yeah! It's me," Leanne called back in answer, raising her free hand slightly.

She moved to close some of the distance between them, even as she raised her hand higher to wave in greeting.
