As it turned out, Link was some kind of natural when it came to using rubber bands. Sora watched as one of them hit a button on the control panel perfectly and couldn't stop himself from grinning in response. "Hey, you're pretty good at that!" Sora was glad that he'd mentioned it, since the bands might actually be useful to Link. He was already stocking up on possible weapons on his first night.

There didn't seem to be much else to do in the room beyond messing with the buttons and levers that were practically begging to be pushed or pulled, but Sora was still apprehensive. "I don't want to do end up doing something we can't undo, though." This was complex machinery and with two people who knew next to nothing, that could end badly.

"Maybe we should check out the next room first? We've got to hit a dead end eventually." Or just circle back out into the main hallway, where Lingormr was likely still waiting.
