Johnny's thoughts had been interrupted when he'd noticed the light, so much brighter than what he'd been expecting in a dark hallway like this, but at the man's words he could only smile. "Who's to say I'm not~?" Really, the fact he was human now meant nothing. He was convinced that the moment he left, whether by his actions or another's, he would go back to being the monster he was before. There was little point in pretending otherwise.

However, he didn't want to scare this man away, either; he was the first person he'd really seen all night, so he kept his tone light. "I can promise I'm not interested in eating or dismembering you, though~" His smile transformed into a smirk and he winked. "Admittedly, I think I'm a little lost; what would I find if I went that way?" He nodded in the direction the man had come from. If it proved to be nothing of interest then Johnny would be able to mark it off his list.
