Her name being called registered before the owner did, and she glanced up, hand unobtrusively near her mouth. It shifted slowly down as she looked at the man, then she nodded carefully. "Byrne Faraday." It was too even to fully be a greeting, but it was an acknowledgment all the same. She had not seen the man since he had admitted to his memories touching her mind, but here he stood before her, as if there was something wrong.
