The first brush went mostly unnoticed. Allelujah shifting to look in his own bag and unwrapping the sandwich before taking a large bite. He hadn't eaten much at breakfast and the food didn't exactly taste bad. But he started when Badou leaned against him, sitting up straight and giving him a surprised look. It wasn't that he minded, it was just that... he wasn't used to it. "You can share them if you want," he said, opening the packet of apple and offering it to Badou.
He grimaced as talk turned to sedation. "I hate being sedated. I'd rather they just put me in solitary in a straightjacket." At least that was something familiar and he got time to think. He took a bite of the sandwich and focussed on that for a moment, listening with half an ear to the conversation.
