Cheetara glanced over at Lyta, her eyes reflecting relief. "A map would be wonderful." she intoned gratefully. "Thank you."

Her skin crawled as she felt the Boss's eyes on her and she turned, inclining her head in a small nod. She wasn't sure what else to do, but if nothing else, every living being deserved respect. That was part of the Code, if an unwritten part.

Her thoughts spun. So this was a game of trust. Cat and mouse, almost, except this time she was one of the mice. A very disadvantaged mouse too, by the looks of things. What should she do? Staying here was always an option, but it wasn't a very appealing one. It should be the safest course of action, but to hell with being safe. She was a Thundercat. Since when had she ever been afraid of danger? It was never a good idea to rush into things without a purpose and a plan, however. A map would certainly help.

She toyed briefly with the idea of asking Lyta if she could join her little escape mission, but decided that if she was invited she would readily accept, but if she wasn't, then she was unecessary. If they had a plan worked out from the start an extra person may just complicate things. She understood that, though in her heart she was hoping she would figure out somewhere to be. Anywhere but here. Just to understand the way things worked in the place... just so she wouldn't have to face whatever terrors awaited her alone.
