At least a few things had been accomplished today. Renji still needed to talk to Qui-Gon, but he definitely did not want to have that conversation in front of Captain Hitsugaya. Hopefully he'd be able to catch the man alone on the next day.

Renji wasn't certain how he felt about the whole pot pie thing, but considering his small and interrupted lunch, he was hungry enough to just wolf it all down and not pay much attention.

As he started eating, he pulled out his journal and started sketching out the second floor map that Namine had given him, from memory since he'd handed his copy over to Hitsugaya. It was best to do these things while they were still fresh in the mind. And it helped get them set in memory. He figured Hisoka would probably appreciate a copy as well.
