His question caught her off guard, seeming completely out of the blue. She frowned, bringing her free hand to to touch the long, curling brown locks that draped around her shoulders and despite the situation and despite how she was feeling, her cheeks were tinging red in embarrassment. It had started to get a bit long but what with working with SHIELD and following Roxxon and just dealing with everything, she hadn't had time to focus on herself, her hair being part of it.
Besides, it was too much of a big deal to constantly get it cut and she was used to letting it grow.
"Yeah, I..." She brought her hand down, twirling a lock of her hair around her finger, chewing on her lip again. "Don't really think about it." And then another pause at his question. Wait, so when was he from? Erika had mentioned something about weird timelines, but... he seemed the same to her from the last time she saw him, which was with Reed.
"That was, uh, a long time ago. Almost half a year."
But if he didn't remember anything they went through, if he hadn't gone through any of it, she wasn't quite sure what she should do. Like Peter's, her stomach twisted instinctively and she found herself chewing on her lip harder.
