Gamzee wasn't in any hurry at all - just the opposite, in fact, as he was far more interested in finding his companions than anything else. If they rushed through hallways they might just miss them. On the other hand, he didn't much have it in him to argue, and the girl at least seemed to have more of an idea of what she was doing than he did. (Though this could generally be said of just about anyone.)
He just nodded in response to her statement, looking over the gathered people (all hornless, just as they were) and still seeing no one he knew. Most were older, too. It was a strange thing, after their world filled with youth and then being left with a group all the same age, to suddenly be witness to such a collection. He might have stared longer if it wasn't clear that the girl wanted to keep going.
