Night 75: Sun Room

Link broke into a run as soon as he crossed the threshold of the Sun Room. Even if something was waiting for them in here, there was absolutely no time to be wasted. He only made sure that Sora was still with him as he approached the door into the library.

As they entered the room, Lloyd's eyes darted around, scanning the area for any hint that they weren't alone. The lantern tied to his tool belt only lit a small area around them, though, the shadows seeming to move as he did. It was disturbing, reminding him far too much of the shadow monster that had attacked him before.

Al... Ed... He hadn't seen the blond brothers that day. He could only hope that they were alright.

Castiel also couldn't understand why some of their more important items, like these key cards, hadn't been confiscated. At this point Landel was no longer playing nice, so it didn't seem to make sense that he would refrain from taking their things simply to make the fight more even.

It wasn't something they could question, but it did make him wary that there was another plan Landel was waiting to enact. Or maybe the Head Doctor simply thought they'd be killed by his guards and monsters.

There was no reason to linger here, and so without a word Castiel led them into the library.
