Night 71: M11 - M20 Hallway

Kratos was rereading the note he'd found in his box for the fifth time when Landel began his usual nightly broadcast. Security breaches...he wasn't sure if the doctor was referring to the radios or to the notes or to both - because clearly both were from the rebels - but either way, it was obvious that Landel knew about them. And yet, like he'd said, they could only keep trying.

Hopefully, they would do more than try tonight; for it to be considered a successful run, they had to make it farther than the elevator. Kratos wasn't so sure about this promise of teleportation pads - it reminded him unpleasantly of the Palmacosta Human Ranch and Magnius's absurd idea of a security system - but all they could do was just struggle through it regardless, although he did have to wonder how fast Lloyd's infamously short-lived patience would run out...at least he knew how to deal with that, though.

He suited up in his Cruxis uniform again and gathered all his gear before heading out, making sure in particular that he had the little "toy" radio from Doyleton as well as the note. It was time to meet Castiel and see just how long Lloyd would take.
