Night 62: Intercom, ???
After the strange outburst from I.R.I.S. earlier in the evening, some might have wondered whether they would have to endure the program's disjointed messages for most of the night. Unfortunately for them, it seemed the Institute's automated intercom system wasn't quite through.
Static once again poured through each speaker, and the brief wail of interference that resulted from I.R.I.S. crawling back online would likely make a few people cringe. Of course, maybe not as much as the message that filtered into each area of the Institute.
"RrRRing arrroundd the--
the--the RoossssSSSie--
Pockkketsss full of--"
Before she could continue with the rest of the rhyme, though, the intercom abruptly cut off, interrupting I.R.I.S. in mid-sentence. However, the next time a few of the patients looked at themselves, they would notice something a little disconcerting.
